To register on line for Bill Payer Service:
  1. You may sign on for immediate service by calling our Internet Hotline 1-800-284-8663, or register on line by following the instructions below.
     
  2. Bill Payer is accessed through Home Banking. (If you are not registered for Home Banking, follow the instructions at the top of this page for doing so.)
     
  3. Click the Bill Payer Registration link below and the Home Banking sign on screen will open
     
  4. When you sign on, the Home Banking screen will open and you will see a Bill Payer icon at the top. Click it and follow the instructions for on line registration.
     
  5. Within 72 hours you will receive confirmation by e-mail, and you may begin using Bill Payer immediately.
