Home Equity Loans are available on primary, owner-occupied 1-4 family residences and second homes.  Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may be required.  Loan payment example: Home Equity Loan of $100,000 for 15 years at a rate of 7.99% APR will have a monthly payment of $955.07.
XCEL may pay most of the closing costs excluding government recording charges and taxes (when required).  Closing costs are dependent upon the location of the property and the amount of the loan.  Loans paid off and closed less than two years from origination will require reimbursement of all closing costs paid by XCEL.

Direct Deposit discount does not apply to Home Equities.

Home Equity Lines are variable rate products based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

**6.49% APR is an introductory rate valid for 12 billing cycles from account opening.  After the first 12 billing cycles the interest rate, set on the 1st day of each month, is based upon the Prime Rate as published in the WSJ on the last business day of the previous month, subject to a rate floor of 4.00% and a rate ceiling of 18.00%.  As of 11/08/2024 the WSJ Prime Rate = 7.75% thus, the current APR is 8.50%.  Home Equity Lines are available on primary, owner-occupied 1-4 family residences and second homes.  Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may be required.  Members may borrow against their available credit line for a period of 10 years, after which any existing balance must be paid in full within the subsequent 15 years.

Personal Loans: 
–Loan payment example: Personal loan of $5,000 for 60 months will have a monthly payment range of $108.69 to $125.58.
Share Secured Loans: 
– As the loan is paid off, more shares become available to you.  Shares continue to earn dividends.
Loan Payment Example:  Share Secured Loan of $1,200 for 12 months at 2.10% will have a monthly payment of $101.14.
Certificate Secured Loans: 
– Loan amount cannot exceed the amount of shares in the certificate.  The loan term must be equal to or less than the certificate term.
Loan Payment Example:  Certificate Secured Loan of $3,000 for 24 months at 2.75% will have a monthly payment of $128.62.
