System Upgrades

At XCEL Federal Credit Union, it is our mission to provide the highest-quality products and services in a convenient and secure manner. To prepare XCEL for the future, we are undergoing a system upgrade to enhance your digital experience, ensuring a seamless and member-friendly experience, in addition to offering new products and services.The upgrade will take place from December 6 to December 8, 2024, with a targeted completion date of December 9, 2024.

As we approach the upgrade weekend, it is important to maintain open lines of communication. Many of the changes will occur behind the scenes, but we will be in touch in the coming weeks about any service interruptions you may experience. It is extremely important to ensure your contact information is up to date (phone number, email address and mailing address) to ensure timely communications. You can update your contact information by completing this form, or through Online and Mobile Banking, visiting a branch, or give us a call.
